WHY JOURNAL WORK?
Journal therapy utilizes writing prompts to help capture your thoughts in a way that can increase your awareness, promote personal growth and develop a deeper sense of your self. Through various writing prompts and activities, journal therapy helps guide you in treatment toward your goals. The act of purposeful writing can relieve built up tension and bring clarity to the issues that may be holding you back from having success achieving your health and wellness goals!

INTRO TO JOURNAL WORK
Watch this video before you begin with your week 1 journal homework! This intro video will help explain how journal therapy will help you have success as you work toward your health and wellness goals!
WEEK 1 JOURNAL WORK
Begin your journal therapy journey by building a positive, loving foundation! Most of us only know how to inspire change by coming from a place of hate- “I hate my body…” “I cant love myself unless I lose weight…”. Change inspired by hate only leads to failure! We are going to learn to come from a place of LOVE to inspire change and observe the difference in your ability to accomplish your goals!
WEEK 2 JOURNAL WORK
Time to dig in a little bit! In week two we discuss early childhood memories that could be negatively affecting you. How did you feel about your body when you were a child? How old were you when you first started feeling insecure about your body? What inspired that?
WEEK 3 JOURNAL WORK
Lets start focusing in on some positive thinking! What is a goal that you have set and accomplished in the past? How did you feel when you accomplished this goal? Learn how to successfully achieve your health and fitness goals by letting go of negative beliefs and replacing them feelings of accomplishment! Learn to practice the feeling of “knowing” you can do it!
